WDSS Introduction to R Workshop

Introduction to R is a three-hour workshop introducing basic programming concepts in R and learning to execute data manipulations, calculations, statistical analyses, and produce useful graphs and numeric summaries. Participants will also learn to write simple functions that can be used to automate analyses and examine the use and expand R packages and capabilities.  

No prior programming knowledge is necessary. Participants will need to install R first https://cran.r-project.org/) and then install RStudio Desktop to provide a more friendly programming environment and is used in conjunction with R (https://posit.co/download/rstudio-desktop/).
