Researchers from Western can access supercomputers, clouds and data storage services through Digital Research Alliance of Canada for free. These computational and storage resources extend the capabilities of local computers to suit one’s research needs. Personal support is provided through local and national staff. In addition, a series of training courses covering a wide spectrum of topics essential to scientific and high performance computing and data management etc, are offered by SHARCNET.
