Join Melissa for lunch-hour Yoga! A great way to add balance to your life, while disconnecting from your work and focusing on your personal well-being. Improve the health of the mind, body and spirit!
Registration is required and participants will need to sign-in on the day of event by scanning a provided QR Code. Participants will also receive points towards the Internal Wellness Rewards Program.
We recommend bringing your own Yoga Mat. Shoes are not permitted on the wrestling mats. Food is not allowed and participants must remain masked while moving through the facility.
Prior to participating in any Living Well programming, please complete the release form and send it to livingwell@uwo.ca. The form only needs to be submitted once.
