OUR AMAZING PANEL

Odesia Howlett, she/her
A Black, queer, cis alumna of the University of Guelph and has been living in Guelph for 9 years. In that time, she was the 2019-20 Chair of Guelph Pride, hosting the first virtual Guelph Pride festival. Currently, she is working in the non-profit arts sector at Silence and CFRU 93.3FM, using her platform to educate the community on intersecting identities of race, gender, and sexuality. She deeply identifies as a "plant gay" and can talk for hours about houseplants if you get her going.

Brian Kwok, they/them
The owner and mastermind behind Guelph Market. They hold a BA Honours in Psychology and Religion & Culture from Wilfrid Laurier University. Having been an activist and entrepreneur most of their life, they are now focused on sharing their experiences with other like-minded individuals. When they're not working, you'll usually find them binge-watching tv, foraging in the wild, or asleep somewhere.

Adam Lee, they/them
A prison abolitionist based in Tkaronto. They are currently studying prison labour, labour law, and settler colonialism in so-called "Ontario" as an LLM candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School.
