Conflict is Inevitable – Deal with it!
You’ll start this interactive workshop by uncovering what your behaviour style is. Then you’ll immerse yourself in an actual case of a conflict faced by a Western graduate student and practice how your behaviour style impacts the way you address conflict and how you can adapt given the situation. You’ll leave with tools to help you deal with conflict with peers and professors.
