Mohamed Noor is an award-winning teacher, and will discuss his successful implementation of flipped classrooms, as well as how he manages (and pros/cons of) his Massive Online Open Course (MOOC), which currently has over 30,000 students enrolled!
Dr. Noor is an outstanding speaker and a very well-known scientist. He is currently the Biology Department Chair at Duke University, the Editor-in-chief of the journal Evolution, a recipient of the prestigious Darwin-Wallace Medal, and former president of both the Genetics Society of America and the Society for the Study of Evolution.
