Perspectives in Neuroscience Speaker Series
Room: 113
The Neuroscience Graduate Program is pleased to welcome this year's student nominated Treva Glazebrook lecturer, Dr. Megan Peters from the University of California, Irvine's Department of Cognitive Science.
Dr. Peters will be presenting a lecture titled "The marriage of theory and practice in research on metacognition and consciousness" at 9:00am on Tuesday, April 9, in North Campus Building NCB 113.
The Treva Glazebrook endowment was established in 1999 by a long-time Western staff member and her family in memory of their relative, Treva Glazebrook who battled Alzheimer’s disease at the relatively early age of 48. The goal of this annual lecture is to promote neuroscience research and education in the areas of neurodegenerative disease, aging, and child development.
