Oncology Grand Rounds
Join us for Grand Rounds in Oncology on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. This session will be presented in-person and via Zoom.
Dr. Anthony Chalmers will present, "Enhancing outcomes for radiotherapy by combination with inhibitors of the DNA damage response: from the laboratory to the clinic and back again."

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Understand the key components of the DNA damage response and how they can be targeted to modify radiation response;
- Learn about the challenges of implementing radiotherapy-DDR inhibitor combinations in the clinic, particularly in terms of normal tissue toxicity;
- Consider new phase I trial designs that might increase the efficiency and impact of early phase studies of radiotherapy-DDR inhibitor combinations.
