PGME presents "Supporting Competence Committees on their Own Path to Competence: THEORY VS REALITY" an interactive online retreat designed for residents, faculty and staff.
The retreat features a debate on competence topics such as high-quality data and personal biases when making progression decisions. Further, it provides two breakout sessions where small groups tackle case studies provided by the RCPSC.
Participants will role play and discuss how decisions are made and how they should be made for quality assurance purposes.
