This workshop is for clinical faculty who have attained the Associate Professor rank and would like to better understand the process for promotion to Full Professor.

By the end of this workshop attendees will be able to:

Describe the current conditions of appointment and the guidelines for promotion to Professor
Describe the requirements for promotion based on your current or planned activities (Academic Role Categories - ARC)
Enhance and update your teaching dossier
Reflect on your promotion pathway
