The new UME Academic Coaching process will use observation, reflection, assessment data, and feedback to help students set individualized, specific, measurable and time-defined goals.
This workshop will provide Academic Coaches with the skills and structure required to assist students in self-identifying barriers, skills and supports needed to attain their goals within the MD curriculum.
