Replanting in the Coves: a closing celebration
Saturday, June 1 from 10:00am to 12:00pm
Meet in the parking lot of the German Canadian Club (1 Cove Rd.)

Join McIntosh Gallery and the Coves Collective on Saturday, June 1st to celebrate the close of the exhibition unclaim. unsettle. belong in the Coves. During this event, we will transplant plants grown during the exhibition to the land on which the exhibition centers following a guided community walk. Participants will meet in the parking lot of the German Canadian Club at 10:00am. Following the walk, participants will be invited to contribute to the replanting.

The trails are considered easy and are generally flat and well-worn, but they are not paved and may not be accessible to all. Participants should dress appropriately for the weather as the event will proceed rain or shine. Refreshments will be served. Please bring your own mug or cup to cut down on waste.

This event celebrates the closing of The Coves Collective's group exhibition unclaim. unsettle. belong at McIntosh Gallery. Please note that, in preparation for this event, Paul Chartrand’s living text installation will be removed from the gallery on Friday May 31st.
