GIS Days offer you the chance to learn more about geography, mapping and real-world applications of GIS that impact our communities. This in-person event is run in conjunction with the virtual GIS Days 2023 event.

The open house is completely free to attend and will include door prizes, refreshments, interactive displays, and activities throughout the Map & Data Centre. Feel free to drop in anytime, or bring your class or group through. In person displays include:

  • Western Libraries Craft Table, Free Maps, and Tour of the Map Collection
  • Upper Thames River Conservation Authority – Water Table
  • Trivia Wheel with Western Sustainability
  • Oil, Gas, and Salt Resources Library VR/AR interactive display
