Spotlight on Indigenous Research @ Western

Western Libraries and Huron Library are pleased to present Spotlight on Indigenous Research @ Western. We welcome three indigenous women scholars: Natahnee Winder, Candace Brunette, and Tara Hedican to discuss their ongoing research agendas and their experiences as graduate researchers at Western. This panel will provide insight, knowledge, and understanding about indigenous research paradigms and methodologies. Discussions will also consider potential challenges posed by non-indigenous knowledge systems (e.g. traditional libraries and archives) in conducting indigenous research.
