Clare Tattersall will present a session on Burnout Prevention – Developing a Positive Psychology Stress Mindset. This session will explore the habits and challenges of modern society. Then, using theory and practice from positive psychology, we will look at how a better understanding of our physiological responses to stress, can help us turn it from a liability into a resource.  This session will explore and provide concrete strategies for self-care and resilience in the face of daily challenges and stress. The information is research informed, readily available, and is grounded in wise practices.

Bio: Clare has over eighteen years of experience in leadership and coaching. Clare holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature, certificates in Positive Psychology Coaching, Positive Education and Global Career Development. She is also a trained facilitator for the Leader Effectiveness Training Program. In 2017, Clare won an international award for Innovation in Advising from the International Association of Academic Advising, NACADA. In addition to presenting on resilience and positive psychology at numerous academic conferences, Clare was the keynote speaker at The University of Waterloo’s Student Experience conference and at Western University’s Faculty of Health Sciences, Practice Education Conference.
