Join Learning Development & Success at Western to learn about strategies to effectively prepare for and write in-person exams. This presentation will help you learn how to:

• Organize your time and study tasks to make the process more manageable

• Use effective study strategies to increase your comprehension, confidence, and memory retention

• Develop exam writing strategies to decrease test anxiety and enhance your test-taking confidence

Developing a Positive Stress Mindset

The Undergraduate Services Team will provide you with specific techniques and tips for how to transform stress from a liability to an asset. Learn how to

• Manage stress at critical times and harness it as motivation

• Maintain wellbeing and motivation during the exam period

• Implement self-care in easy and manageable ways
