Creating Pedagogical Spaces in Early Childhood Education

Talk summary
This presentation explores the teaching and practice of early childhood education at a time of climate crisis. I will share selections from my research with educators and young children to illustrate complex perspectives on children in relation to their environment, and offer creative and conceptually rich insights into children’s relations with the world and its human and more-than-human inhabitants.
