Parent-Led Strategies for Child Anxiety

In response to feedback from families, we are excited to launch a 3-hour workshop on parent-led strategies for child anxiety on Saturday March 30, 2019. Parents and caregivers will spend the morning with Dr. Colin King and the Child and Youth Development Student Clinician Team as they delve into the experiences of anxiety for children and youth and how you can help your child cope with anxiety and stress.

Leave the morning with a roadmap to help your child feel more confident in managing their anxiety and stress.
