Are you planning to host VRO (Visiting Research Only) student(s) in your department and are unsure how to proceed?
The session will provide an overview of the VRO student program, immigration categories (e.g. Research Award Recipient, Self-funded Academic Researcher, Short-term [120-day] work permit exemption for researchers) and required documentation to proceed with an assessment and approval of your VRO student’s research visit at Western.
The presentation will be followed by a Q&A.
