Meditation Break with Living Well @ Western

Meditation has shown to reduce anxiety and stress by helping you feel grounded and more present. In these sessions, you can expect a simple guided practice, led by a Western employee who is experienced in facilitating sessions that are accessible to beginners and experienced meditators alike. Chairs and yoga mats are provided; you are welcome to bring your favourite yoga mat or cushion for a more comfortable experience.
