By participating in this workshop, you will learn to recognize the value of restful sleep, apply strategies to improve sleep quality, and implement practical tips to improve alertness. This workshop will describe sleep's vital role in maintaining health along with valuable and practical tips and strategies that participants can apply to get quality, restful sleep and stay alert.
