 A 30-minute workout focused on building muscular strength through the use of weighted bars. Done twice per week, participants can expect to improve their strength, metabolism and body composition by increasing their lean muscle mass.

Running shoes and athletic wear are recommended.


Please note - the weighted bars haven't been delivered. Calisthenics will be substituted until the equipment arrives.
