Join us for 25-minutes of Yoga! 

Jan will lead you through a series of Yoga movements and poses that will improve self-awareness, muscular endurance, flexibility and balance. 

Not only physical in nature, Yoga is great for stress management and to practice mindfulness. 

Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat.
