Improve your posture by strengthening your core! This class focuses on building muscular endurance in the stomach, back, and glutes. Alternating between ground and standing exercises, this 30-minute low impact workout will help alleviate muscle tension and provide balance to our sedentary work-life. 

Participants are required to bring a yoga mat and/or blanket for ground-based exercises.
