This lecture provides tools you can use to build and improve your relationships. This lecture will define body autonomy and consent, will discuss how to differentiate healthy relationships from unhealthy relationships, and will identify abusive relationship patterns and power dynamics. This lecture will also provide tools regarding how to communicate effectively, engage in active listening, and employ problem-solving skills. These tools can be applied to many relationships in your life.
