Title: The effect of the initial structure on the system relaxation time in the Mean-Field Langevin Dynamics
Abstract: In this thesis, we have investigated the possible effects of initial structure on the system relaxation time in a canonical MD simulation governed by Langevin dynamics. We found that the system relaxation time for an inhomogeneous initial structure in number density is much longer than that for the homogenous case, and also, it is an increasing function of the Langevin thermal coupling constant γ.
