Our workshop will provide GTAs with the benefits and limitations of active learning, along with concrete examples to help them implement these methods in their own labs, tutorials, office hours, and/or courses. This 1-hour and 45-minute workshop was developed by members of the Department of Statistical and Actuarial Sciences in collaboration with Western’s Centre for Teaching and Learning.
