“Sing as You Speak and Become Radically HIP” 

Professor Robert Toft gives this talk focused on “the shock of the old” and demonstrates how singers today may use information from the 18th and early 19th centuries to create a radically HIP* musical persona that embraces older principles of expression. (*Historically Informed Performance)

The talk will take place in room MB140 in the Music Building.
