Want to try mindfulness and not sure where to start?

Need a break and have 10 minutes?

Join Tracey Ropp for 10 Mindful Minutes from April 1st to 5th at 10AM. Each day, students can expect to participate in a different mindful exercise to help improve focus and maintain motivation through final exams. Feel free to join us for each session or just one!

Tracey is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and counsellor with Learning Skills Services at Western.
