Mindful Moments
Relax, recharge, refocus with weekly drop-in mindfulness practices live on Zoom. We begin with a few minutes of quiet reflection, followed by a 10-15 minute guided practice.
All graduate, undergraduate, and professional school students in all fields of study are welcome. No prior mindfulness experience is necessary to participate. Mondays 12:00-12:20pm.
