Innovation in Service: Providing Better Client Service
Megan Cornell is based in Ottawa and is CEO of Momentum Law. Her lecture entitled, "Innovation in Service: The true quest in Innovation, Providing Better Client Service" will look at some of the exciting ways lawyers are changing how the public experiences legal services. Although technology tends to grab attention in the innovation discussion, the true goal of innovation in legal practice should be providing a better client experience and through that, a better lawyer experience. Changing what and how we offer legal information and legal advice to clients is at the beginning of a stage of extraordinary change, an exciting time for students to be preparing to join the legal profession. This lecture is presented by Western Law’s Distinguished Speakers Committee.
