Participants will be placed in interprofessional teams and introduced to interprofessional team concepts. The workshop will focus on content related to loss, death, grief, and healing. As a participant you will learn to work in an interprofessional team while solving a case together. It is important as healthcare providers that you are able to discover ways to heal and support yourself during a time of loss. Strategies to assist those experiencing loss, and healing yourself after the loss of a client, will be provided throughout the workshop.

Topics covered will include:

- What is palliative care?
- Domains of care
- PPSv2, SBAR, ESAS
- Intervention and discussion 
Guest Speakers: Eunice Gorman and Janette Bryne
Certificate of completion, and co-curricular credit available.
