Encountering Complexities of Pain in Practice

Participants will be placed in interprofessional teams and introduced to interprofessional concepts. Through the workshop concepts related to chronic pain will be discussed along with various pain assessment tools. There will be a focus on unique social challenges faced by those with chronic pain. Opportunity will be provided to solve a case within an interprofessional team.

Certificate of completion will be available to all students and co-curricular credit for undergraduate students at Western and Fanshawe College students.
