National Day of Action for MMIWG2S
October 4th is a day when we honor the lives of missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls and gender diverse people, support grieving families, and create opportunities for healing.
All are welcome to join us at Harris Park as we honor and remember these individuals through a peaceful walk and in-person gathering. Event will feature speakers, song and a meal starting at 4:00pm. Food will be served until 6:00pm, picnic style. Come bring your drum, shakers/rattles and most importantly a blanket!
