Faculty Interdisciplinary Networking *CANCELLED*

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR THE FALL 2018

This event is for faculty members to meet with Western's Innovation Ambassadors and fellow faculty from across campus for an afternoon of networking. Come learn what your colleagues are working on at Western. The goal of this event is to encourage dialogue on interdisciplinary collaboration and its relation to innovation.

Attendees will be randomly placed in groups and participate in open conversation. You will also have the opportunity to move around to other groups and participate in additional discussions.

Refreshments will be served. All Western faculty are invited to attend. 

Format

• First 50 minutes: Event organizers will place you into groups
• Next 30 minutes: Self-group yourself with at least one person you have met from the first round
• Last 20 minutes: Individuals can share what they have learned, who they met, or what collaboration opportunities have arisen
