A free, special event for eligible third and fourth year FIMS students.

We’ve learned a lot over the past two years. Proper hand-washing techniques. At least half of the Greek alphabet. And that the best laid plans are subject to change.

Your student experience has taken some unexpected turns. And so will your career.

From 2 – 6 pm on March 25, join us virtually for FIMS Career Conference 2022. We’ll be focused on making the connections between the destinations and detours found in every career success story.

Hear from incredible FIMS grads as they share their stories and their advice to help equip you for the journey to find a meaningful and rewarding career in media and information industries.

Now in its fifth year, the FIMS Career Conference is an upper-year student event that brings together students who will soon graduate with established alumni to talk about the world of work and navigating the decisions, opportunities, and challenges of working in media-related industries.

Generously supported by the Undergraduate Student Fund (USF), this event is specifically for Year 3 and 4 students in the Faculty of Information and Media Studies.

To access this event, eligible students will have received an invitation to their uwo.ca inbox. Have questions or missing your invitation? Contact fimscareers@uwo.ca
