Dragon's Tank

Looking for a little influx of cash to get your startup or business idea off the ground? Enter our Dragons' Tank pitch competition, where budding entrepreneurs pitch their funding requests to a panel of entrepreneurs in order to receive up to $500 in funding.  
So what are you waiting for? Pitch your business. Convince our panel that your idea is worth investment! 

Applications Process:
1.    Register to compete by October 25, 2019. 
2.    Attend one of the three "How to Pitch Workshops" in Propel (WSSB 2130). Contests must attend one workshop in order to compete in our Dragons' Tank pitch competition. Workshop dates include: October 23 (5:00 p.m.), October 24 (1:00 p.m.), October 25 (11:00 a.m.).
3.    "Dragons' Tank" pitch day will take place on October 29, 2019. Contestants must pitch in person. Contestant pitching order will be determined through a random draw day of. If you miss your allotted pitching time slot, you will automatically be disqualified from the competition. 
4.    Pitch your startup's request for funding in 3 minutes. Request can range up to $500. Pitching requests above the $500 amount will not be granted.

Pot of $3,000. Students can pitch for any amount up to $500, for their startup or business idea. 
Students will have 3 minutes to pitch their funding request.
