Learn at Lunch - Power and Privilege as Agents of Change

As social human beings, we can all be agents of change in making Western a more equitable and inclusive place. In this workshop, participants will reflect on how they can use their power and privilege to be agents of change, building welcoming spaces where community members feel a greater sense of belonging. At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: · Reflect on their positionality and how social identities impact their perspective on people, study, and work. · Examine and implement strategies to use privilege to create more inclusive and brave spaces. Attending this workshop will count towards the completion of the EDI Certificate Programs.
