Join the Department of Oncology for Teklab Gebregiworgis, PhD (UWO) presentation "Altering the regulation of KRAS GTPase cycle via Src and SHP2 creates a potential therapeutic vulnerability for pancreatic cancer," hosted by the Division of Experimental Oncology.
Dr. Gebregiworgis's presentation will:
- Describe the roles of SRC kinase and SHP2 phosphatase in modulationg KRAS activity;
- Examine the molecular mechanisms underlying SHP2 inhibitor action;
- Discuss the influence of oncogenic KRAS mutants on its GTPase cycle.
