Spring Perspectives on Teaching Conference

The Teaching Support Centre is hosting a day of workshops for faculty, graduate students, postdocs, librarians, and staff.  The conference will highlight unique and diverse approaches to teaching across the Faculties at Western and explore signature pedagogies in the disciplines.  

Keynote: "Teaching with Our Signatures: Cultivating Disciplinary Habits of Mind" by Dr. Nancy Chick, University of Calgary. 

Concurrent sessions will be led by Western instructors and will feature the following session formats: 1) Welcome to My Classroom, 2) Research on Teaching and Learning, and 3) Teaching Initiatives in the Disciplines.
